thai rice with shrimp, bean sprouts and peas
Ingredients for 5 servings: 500 grams of rice

Preparation: Cook rice thai
in boiling salted water in which you have dissolved a teaspoon of curry.
Meanwhile heat a pan with a little olive oil 1 tablespoon soy sauce and then pour the shrimp and peas still frozen.
Cook stirring for 6-7 minutes, ie until unless you are cooked, then add the bean sprouts rinsed well, a pinch of salt, 2 more tablespoons of soy sauce and a teaspoon of curry.
When the rice is cooked, drain well and mix with the rest, then if needed add another bit of soy sauce.
Serve immediately.
