Cubefield That Isnt Blocked By School

Broccoli with olive tart yogurt

This colorful cake sliced \u200b\u200bportions I made using the wonderful mold FettexFette of Guardini .

This is a perfect cake for the carnival, but you can obviously do all year ... especially if you do it for the children!

Ingredients: 3 eggs

150 grams of sugar a few drops of vanilla extract 150 g plain yogurt

50 grams of oil

salt 270 g flour 1 packet of 00
baking powder
food dyes of various colors (best in the gel)

For the icing: icing sugar

lemon juice
colored sugar water to taste

Preparation: In a bowl fitted
the eggs with the sugar, then add the aroma of vanilla, and yogurt.

Mix well, then add also the oil and a pinch of salt.

Now sift the flour with the baking powder and add it little by little the rest of the mixture, stirring with an electric mixer.

When you add all the flour Divide the dough into 3-4 parts and coloratene each with a different color (add a little color at a time until you reach the color intensity you prefer).

Now put a spoonful of dough into the mold at a time, alternating colors.

Beat the mold on the table to place the mixture into molds and bake in oven preheated to 200 degrees for about 25-30 minutes.

Remove from the oven and let cool. Now

deformed various slices and prepare the glaze by mixing a few tablespoons of powdered sugar 3-4 drops of lemon juice and filtered some water to form a soft but not too runny icing.

Spread a little icing on the slices and sprinkle with lots of colored sugar.

Let the icing harden and serve.

PS If you want you can put the dough in a single cake mold and bake for about 40-45 minutes (check the area with a stick).
