carnival multicolor red chicory with bacon
very good if you like the bitter taste of radicchio!
Ingredients for 4 people: 350 gr
cleaned and dried chicory
100 grams of bacon diced onion
extra virgin olive oil salt pepper 1 dried whole
Preparation:
Cut large pieces radicchio and then chop the onion.
In a large skillet heat a little olive oil with chili and chopped onion soffriggetevi when it is golden and the bacon too.
Then add the radish, a pinch of salt and half a glass of water.
Mix well and cover with a lid.
Cook over medium heat for about 5 minutes, stirring 2-3 times. Finally
off and serve.
