I've got some facts with apricot jam (but you can use your favorite jam) and another part as they were for Valentine's Day I've decorated with sugar paste of Decorate! !
Ingredients for 3 trays of cookies:
130 g butter 280 g flour
half a bag of baking
grated rind of one lemon (I will replace it with some drop of vanilla extract)
a pinch of salt 1 egg yolk + 100g sugar

Preparation:
Work with an electric mixer the butter soft pieces with sugar and lemon zest (or vanilla extract) until the mixture is smooth and homogeneous.

Do you work at all with your hands until a smooth ball of dough.
Cover the ball of dough with plastic wrap and place in refrigerator for at least half an hour.
Now take the dough and roll it out with a rolling pin on a floured surface to form a sheet about 4 mm high. With

Il resto decorateli con la pasta di zucchero colorata con i coloranti alimentari e attaccatela ai biscottini o con acqua o con un pò di albume (per stendeterlo sui biscotti usate un pennello da cucina e poi poggiatevi la pasta di zucchero).
