This is one of my first favorite since I was little .. often made her my grandmother who is no more but unfortunately I have never managed to find the recipe in his little book that now I do this often, probably not the same but it looks like a lot and every time I eat it reminds me of those beautiful moments when I was a little girl and she was still there.
Who knows, maybe someday I can find the recipe for now anyway .. I dedicate this one!
Ingredients for 5 servings: 150 gr semolina
150 grams of grated parmesan cheese 5 eggs 100 g melted butter
nutmeg
salt meat broth (a pot)
Preparation:
Preheat the oven to 200 degrees.
Then, beat the eggs into a bowl, add butter that have previously melted, grated nutmeg and a pinch of salt and work well.
Then add the semolina and grated parmesan and mix well to obtain a homogeneous mixture.
At this point a baking sheet lined with parchment paper large enough and pour the mixture leveling them well in order to obtain a layer of compound is not too high (about 2-3 cm).
Bake in preheated oven and bake for 15-20 minutes until it is well cooked (it should however be dark) and that is putting a pulling away until the dough does not come out clean .
Let cool then cut in small cubes all quite small.
When you want to serve them cook for 5 minutes in a pot of boiling broth.
With this recipe I participate in the contest The Milù tsp.
and collection of recipes Minù .
