Pasta with peppers and bread crumbs 
    
   Ingredienti per 5 persone:   
 500 gr di pasta corta 
 1 grosso peperone rosso (o two children) 
 
 3 anchovies 1 large cup of breadcrumbs 
 1 dried whole chili 
 extra virgin olive oil salt 
 
 
  Preparation:  
 Clean the peppers and cut into cubes. 
 
 Heat in a pan a little olive oil with chopped chili and anchovies made into small pieces. 
 
 When the oil is hot add the peppers and cook for 7-8 minutes. 
 
 Meanwhile, cook the pasta in boiling salted water. 
 
 While the peppers are cooking, and salt them slightly if needed add a little water to cook pasta. 
 
 When the peppers are cooked, add the breadcrumbs and a glass of water to cook pasta  modo da formare una specie di cremina (se serve unite altra acqua). 
  
 Scolate la pasta e saltatela in padella con il condimento per mezzo minuto. 
  
 Infine servite.
