Gnocchi with sausage and pistachio chocolates
Ingredients for 4-5 people: 1 kg of gnocchi
130 grams of mortadella, cut into small cubes
50 g of coarsely chopped pistachios
50 gr
grated Parmesan cheese 30 g butter
black pepper (or chili)
salt Preparation:
Cook the gnocchi in boiling salted water.
Meanwhile melt the butter in a saucepan and soffriggetevi mortadella.
Then add the grated parmesan, a pinch of salt and pepper and 6-7 tablespoons of the gnocchi cooking water, then mix well.
When the gnocchi will float drain and pour into pan with the sauce.
Mix well and serve topped with a sprinkling of chopped pistachios.
